We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was amazing, right across the road from the Stadium and close to everything we needed. The service was top-notch, with room service, dry cleaning, and housekeeping available. The room amenities were great, with ironing facilities, heating, and tea and coffee facilities. The sitting area was comfortable and the dining table was convenient. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a plus, and the flat-screen TV provided entertainment. this place offered enhanced comfort and quality services, making our stay enjoyable and memorable.

My stay was comfortable and the staff were great. The breakfast looked yummy but due to a miscommunication with the hotel mine didn't arrive. Plenty of parking outside rooms.
Some of the guests staying at the hotel were a bit noisy (at 2am) and there was a bit of traffic noise. However, given that I was a light sleeper I should have asked for a room away from the road.

Its location was handy to everything especially the Manawatu Arena. New World was just a 5-10 min walk, CBD 2 min drive. Will definitely stay again when in Palmerston North, in fact have a booking in place for 2012
Hotel owners very friendly and helpful, as were the staff. Accommodation AAA+++++

Good location, close to shops and restaurants. The apartment was spacious with two bathrooms, perfect for a group of friends, and had a small kitchen, which was a nice touch. The beds were comfortable and clean.
The noise from the busy street and the lack of air conditioning made it hard to sleep. Additionally, the room was not properly cleaned and there were stains on the couch and carpets. The staff was not very friendly nor helpful when we complained about the cleanliness of the room.

We were two couples, so enjoyed the fact it was roomy and there was a seperate toilet. The complimentary snacks were a nice idea,
To climb over a high bath edge to the shower was a minus. Would have aoppreciated two cushion types. all of ours were hard and high

I most liked the communal/lounge space in the 3 bedroom unit we stayed in.
I checked when I booked that we were going to have twin beds in one of the rooms. Instead we had twin beds in 2 rooms. It is not a big deal, but I was just a little disappointed to be sleeping in a single rather than a queen-sized bed.

We were staying in Palmerston North for our sons soccer tournament. The Arena offered a perfect set up. Comfortable, clean and spacious rooms, central location. Management and Staff very friendly and the breakfast was a hit! Have stayed there twice now and would definitely go back.
Probably only down side was the noise from the car racing. But finishes early.

Warm welcome, excellent service and great facilities. We loved the basket of treats in our room and the immaculate cleanliness of the space. The location was ideal; close to bars, shops and a large supermarket. We enjoyed exploring the area and appreciated the comfortable bed and quality linen. the availability of laundry and dryer was a big plus for us.
The water pressure in the shower was reasonably modest, which made it difficult to enjoy a hot shower. Another downside was that the room we booked for two adults and a child was a bit small and got quite warm in the afternoon, which made it difficult to maneuver around.
